A licensed 84-bed skilled nursing facility offering 24/7 nursing care, New Horizons Habersham is located on the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Habersham campus and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
 
Activities are provided daily for all residents.  Other amenities include high definition flat screen TVs in the dining rooms, cable access in resident rooms, selective menu plans, weekly newspaper delivery, beauty shop visits, private and semi-private rooms, and day rooms for family visitation.
