County Ordinances

The Habersham County Code of Ordinances is available online at no charge. The county has contracted with Municipal Code Corp., the nation’s leading Code publisher, to post and maintain the county's code in its Online Library.

There are several helpful tools available, such as an advanced search feature (which includes detailed instructions) and full print capabilities. You may also browse the Code by navigating through the table of contents. You can even create a personal user profile to receive fully trackable technical support.

The site is for informational purposes and is useful for searching and printing. However, no action should be taken without viewing the Official Publication as recognized by Habersham County.

IMPORTANT: Municode does not republish the code each time a change is made. The first page of our code will tell you the date it was last published.
