Combining of Property

To combine multiple parcels into one tax bill, a combining form must be submitted to our office.

Please carefully read the following information before submitting the combining form.

1. Proof of identification is required by the property owner or authorized representative.
2. All properties must be in the same name.
3. Properties must be contiguous.
4. Property taxes must be paid in full before a combining is granted.
5. You may submit your combining form before April 1 each year or during the 45-day appeal period.

Complete Combining Request form and submit in person to 130 Jacob’s Way, Suite 201, Clarkesville, GA 30523 along with a copy of your identification.
