As a resident of Habersham County and a citizen of the United States, register to vote, vote in every election and let your voice be heard.
The Elections & Voter Registration Department, with oversight from the Habersham County Board of Elections and Voter Registration, enforces strict adherence to all current Federal, State and Local laws as well as to State Election Board Rules concerning registering to vote and voting. We serve all residents of Habersham County in election-related matters.

My Voter Page:
The Habersham County Board of Elections & Voter Registration Office recommends to all county residents that they utilize Georgia's My Voter Page.
It provides a central hub to access vital information for voting in Georgia. This includes, among other things, your voter registration status, your polling location, sample ballots for upcoming elections, and locations for early/advanced voting. Cancel your Voter Registration:
Voters who; are moving out of Georgia, wish to no longer be registered, or need to cancel a deceased loved one may use a new online portal to let us know.

Due to an increasing number of malicious emails and attachments, we ask that you provide your name, contact information, and a brief summary of what you are requesting in the body of emails when submitting Open Records Request forms to any records officer of Habersham County. Emails that do not provide enough information, or that are suspect of being malicious will not be responded to and will be reported to the Habersham County IT Department.
