The Habersham County Finance Office procures materials, supplies, equipment and services for county departments at maximum dollar savings while ensuring the required quality levels.
The Finance Office strives to treat vendors and contractors fairly and equitably and maximize competition when possible, while protecting the integrity of the county in all areas of procurement. County purchasing agents strive to ensure objectivity in awards to responsible bidders.
The Finance Office also provides assistance and advice to departments, the County Manager and the Board of Commissioners in procurement and planning.

Specification Packages are available by download above, or at the Habersham County Finance Department , 130 Jacob’s Way, Suite 302, Clarkesville, GA 30523. They may be picked up Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Certificate of liability Insurance and tax ID is required.
