Approval of Minutes:  The minutes of the Commissioners’ Meeting June 15, 2009.

PRESENTATIONS:

ANNOUNCEMENTS:  

a.      TT-09-01 Application has been received from T-Mobile South, LLC – Article XVII Sections 1701-1731 for the placement of a 250’ Tower.  The property is located on Old Kelly Ridge Road and is further identified as Tax Map 33 Parcel 40.

b.     First Reading:  Ordinance to provide for the issuance of permits for, assemblies, demonstrations, and for other uses of county real property, buildings and structures by organizations, groups or private persons; to promote the discharge of government duties and functions while preserving fundamental freedoms; to provide an effective date; and, for other purposes.

CONSENT AGENDA:

a.      Consider/Approve request by the City of Cornelia for SPLOST 2 (Municipal Park Improvements) funds to be used for Cornelia’s Skate Park Project.

b.     Consider/Approve Intergovernmental Agreement for Habersham County to Conduct Elections for the City of Cornelia.

c.      Consider/Approve Intergovernmental Agreement for Habersham County to Conduct Elections for the City of Alto.

d.     Consider/Approve Work Authorization for Professional Services associated with proposed improvements at the Habersham County Airport

e.      Consider/Approve Supplemental Agreement between the Georgia Department of Transportation and Habersham County covering materials testing for Project No. CSSTP-0007-00 (269) Industrial Park Road Extension.

f.        Consider/Approve Quit Claim Deed to United Community Bank for property located at the corner of Stapleton and West Airport Roads.

g.     Consider/Approve Georgia Department of Community Affairs 2009 Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Grant Application – Salvation Army

h.     Consider/Approve MSI Benefit Group, Inc. as the County Benefits Broker.

i.        Award of Bid: Jimmy B. Martin & Associates, Inc. - Stucco Coating for the E911 Facility

j.        Consider/Approve agreement with Duplicating Products, Inc. for printer consolidation.
