Filing FeesThe office of the Clerk of Court functions as the recorder for the county's records, filing legal records and making most of them available for public inspection. Most of the records filed in the clerk's office require a filing fee to help offset the cost of operating the office and providing a safe repository for the records. Many of the forms necessary for filing documents in the clerk's office can be found on this website in downloadable PDF form. Select Official Forms from the menu above for a list of the forms available. The following fees are current as of October 2004 but are subject to change at any time: Filing Fees
